Lithec LithoFlash System
The GL640 features an innovative Lithec LithoFlash System, providing non-stop density measurement of every color bar - on every sheet! It is integrated directly to send density measurements to Komori PQC to adjust ink keys to move to and maintain target density. Best of all, there are no moving parts and a wear-free sensor system with integrated dust and dirt protection.
Innovative LED Curing System
The GL640 also features innovative LED lamps that can be moved to multiple printing unit positions to achieve endless combinations of special effects. LEDs help improve energy efficiency by further reducing power consumption and enabling instant ON/OFF of the lamp. We like that it is low-maintenance with a long service life too.
This drying system allows printed work to be immediately sent on to the next process without the need for drying time.
