With 2020 finally in the rear-view mirror, we can now take a step bakc and reminisce about what we have learned as individuals and as a business. 2020 proved to be a successful year for TEAM Concept Printing with the adoption of the #TEAMTough philisophy, the expansion of our workspace and equipment, and the continuation of our #1Site Commitment. With many businesses being forced to close or shutdown operations for the foreseeable future, we feel fortunate to go into the new year firing on all cylinders. When the world seems as though it has been turned upside down, people turn to the news and blogs to get their fix on important events and innovations. Here are some of our favorite blog pieces from the year!
Big thanks to everyone at Printing Impressions and to Mark Michelson for their efforts and the time they put inot the Annual List of Top Commercial Printers. It is a wonderful resource for all of us at TEAM Concept Printing. Despite all the challenges that 2020 presented us, we are proud to say that our TEAM worked incredibly hard to move up TEAM Concept Printing to number 203 in the national rankings. We moved up 28 spots in the rankings and are excited to see where we land in 2021!
A great read in Forbes regarding the power of print and print marketing. Now more than ever every marketing channel matters. Print has been proven to increase results in all of them becaus words matter. Whether you call them flyers, handbills, leaflets or pamphlets, we have found them to be an age-old, effective form of communication.
Thanks to Packaging Impressions for providing their insights on the 2021/2022 outlook. We always draw valuable insights from their research. "This recession is rooted in biology, not economics... The news is good. Recovery is underway, and all signs that the economy will strengthen significantly as 2021 progresses... The biggest challenge is determining which fundamental and structural business behaviors will not go back to pre-pandemic ways" (Andrew Poporozzi - Chief Economist). It appears digital labels and single use pagaging is not going anywhere.
We are so proud of our TEAM, customers and industry partners for their support of our #TEAMcares Breast Cancer Awareness campaign benefiting PINK HEALS of the Tri-Cities. We raised $11,535 for them. PHTC is a for-purpose, nonprofit 501(c)3 organization that raises awareness and funds for those battling cancer in our communities. The provide a true community-based support family to show those battling any form of cancer that they are not alone.
This is a great article about emerging marketing trends. The impact of socially conscious audiences and the rise of digital disinformation are important to be aware of. Additionally, we believe a well-defined print strategy plays into or supporsts at least half of the strategies shared in the article.
Thank you to Print+Promo and Elise Carr for sharing this cool article about the use of creative promotional kits. We love first case study a.k.a the "Virtual Coffee Meeting." Also, the custom sanitation stations should become a new standard in business following the pandemic. If you are interested in what types of promotions industry distributors have been working on, check this one out!
This article from the Chicago Tribune profiles some of the incredible recipients of the Evans Scholarship. The Evans Scholards Foundation is a nonprofit organization based in Glenview, Illinois that provides full tuition and housing college scholarships to golf caddies. We are proud to champion their efforts and offer support to the WGA and Evans Scholars Foundation.
