Customer Service Representative

We are currently looking for a well-organized, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative who works well under pressure.

Responsibilites Include:

  • Maintaining designated client base. Requires good verbal and written communication skills due to high volume of customer contact as well as communication with other departments within the Company.
  • Entering orders and ensuring all appropriate information is accounted for: Print specifications, fulfillment/finishing, etc. Requires high degree of accuracy.
  • Preparing quotes and being sure to gather appropriate information regarding: paper type; ink; coatings; finishing; fulfillment; mailing; etc.
  • Requires high degree of accuracy.
  • Maintaining Customer Files.
  • Resolving customer issues.

Must be well organized; good at verbal/written communications; and able to perform well under pressure. Printing experience preferred.
